Pilot Project Description:

Building on new EdD in Leadership, final stages of Teacher Leadership and Community College Leadership EdDs

Purpose/Goals:

  • Provide state with high quality, practice-oriented administrators
  • Identify and coordinate one research core & one foundations core across programs
  • Develop comprehensive examination structure across programs
  • Access and utilize statewide research agendas to support the programs and the state of Washington

     

  • Develop comprehensive dissemination standards

  • State-wide cohort delivery model
  • Common sharing of leadership experiences and challenges
  • Collaborative inquiry around issues of practice
  • Faculty of recognized academic scholars and successful and experienced administrators
