Leadership Preparation
Before I moved to the U.S. I was in one of the early NPQH (National Pofessional Qualification for Headship) cohorts lead by the National College for School Leadership (NCSL) in the UK. This program (and indeed the responsibilities of NCSL) has developed immensely, whether for the better is a subject for debate-politics-finance - failure of program leaders and participating educators being major issues. However, this is a rich area to explore. Vanderbilt Univ & Lynn Univ committed to an international partnership with NCSL some years ago and there may be other international partners within CPED .
